About Our Reviews
Gluten Free Reviewer is a review site catering specifically to the gluten free community.  Everyday, our panel of 4 or more sit down and try 1 or 2 gluten free products.  After trying it, we discuss our opinions formulate them into a review.  All products are scored on taste, texture and value on a 1 to 5 point system (1 being low and 5 being high).  Those values are then averaged for a overall score.  What do these numbers mean?

5 - Excellent
4 - Good
3 - Average
2 - Fair
1 - Poor

Some of the products we review are purchased, however many of them are sent to us by the manufacturer.  Whether products are purchased or sent to us by the manufacturer, we here at Gluten Free Reviewer treat every product equally.  We do not accept payment for any of our reviews.

We are one of the rare gourmet 100% gluten-free bistro/bakeries in Colorado, specializing in crepes. We are award winning and "hip"...so we prove that healthy and GF can go hand in hand with cosmopolitan flair and cocktails.

We now retail our own flour and baked goods. The flour is the only product
available online at this point in time...but check out www.coquettesbistroandbakery.com

HI I'm a gluten free RAW foods rep.
When studying about grain based foods and raw vs baked/fried etc.. I was SHOCKED to discover something called "acrylamide" is in high quantitis in high heat grain and potato food products!!! of course this only sealed my belief that a high raw diet is the way to health..

check out this FDA link that is written in a way to still keep acrylamide hush hush.. can you imagine if every one stopped buying breads and potato chips???
